For the best accuracy, wear the ring on your index, middle, or ring finger of your non-dominant hand. Ensure it fits snugly for optimal sensor contact.
No, we have access to your data anonymously to train and improve our AI algorithms so that we can give you the most accurate advice possible but we will never share your data with a third party.
Please ensure you are opening the app at least once a day to upload the data from your wearable. Make sure that the device is connected to the app in Settings. If your app is still not syncing, please contact us.
